Ways to Cope with Stress

1.  Jam miniature marshmallows up your nose and sneeze them out, see how many you can do      at once.

 2.  Pop some popcorn without using a lid.

 3.  Make a list of things you have already done.

 4.  Dance silly in front of your pet.  

 5.  Put your underwear on inside out.  

 6.  Leaf through the “National Geographic and put underwear on the natives.

 7.  Pay a bill in pennies.

 8.  Drive in reverse.

 9.  Sit naked on the shell of a hardboiled egg.

10. Write a short story with alphabet soup

11.  Stare at people through the lines of a fork and pretend they’re in jail.

12.  Replace the filling of a Twinkie with ketchup and put it back in the wrapper.
