 INSURANCES ACCEPTED:

We accept nearly all insurance plans.  Smaller insurance companies have never been a problem.  Major insurances we work with every day include:

• Medical Mutual of Ohio
• Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield
• Frontpath Coalition
• Buckeye Medicaid
  

EXCEPTIONS:

We do not accept General Motors insurance.  We expect to begin accepting Medicare within the next couple of months.
