 INSURANCES ACCEPTED:

We accept nearly all insurance plans.  Smaller insurance companies have never been a problem.  Major insurances we work with every day include:

• Medical Mutual of Ohio ("In-Network" for most Med Mutual PPO's)
• Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield ("In-Network" for most Anthem PPO's)
• Frontpath Coalition
• Buckeye Medicaid
  

EXCEPTIONS:

We do not accept General Motors insurance.  We do not accept Medicare, but are researching whether there are supplemental plans that would cover counseling.
